In the first phase of the model project for developing the closure plan of the Salhit Mine, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry, “Erdenes Silver Resource” LLC, and the MERIT project funded by the Government of Canada, “QMC” LLC’s CEO M. Dagva and environmental specialist B. Tsendsuren participated as consultants in collaboration with Canada’s CPP Environmental Corporation, which provides international environmental consulting services.
During this phase, they contributed to analyzing the legal framework, preparing a reference table, assessing baseline environmental data, conducting document reviews, and performing risk assessments.
