QMC LLC
This is the group’s core technical and strategic consultancy. QMC LLC provides high-level advisory, technical mining consulting, and policy studies. Its primary services include developing Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) and Feasibility Studies (FS) , geology and resource analysis, mine planning, and mine water management. It acts as the “international bridge,” helping clients navigate both international best practices and Mongolian regulatory bodies.
Ecomineral LLC
Ecomineral is the group’s specialized, on-the-ground environmental services arm. It executes the critical environmental, social, and governance (ESG) components of a project. Its core, field-proven capabilities include large-scale technical rehabilitation (engineering) and biological rehabilitation (ecology) , long-term environmental monitoring, and compliance auditing.
MTEX Engineering
MTEX Engineering
MTEX Engineering is the group’s specialized arm for high-level project execution. It brings ambitious projects from the drawing board to reality by managing the entire “Execution & Build” phase. MTEX delivers comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services, acting as the owner’s representative to ensure complex projects are completed successfully from construction through commissioning.
Elmonte LLC
Elmonte is the group’s technology integrator, providing industrial automation, software development, and time-keeping systems. Established in 2003 , it delivers customized technological solutions for complex operations , including secure access control and data systems for critical infrastructure like airports and railways.
Transition2050
This entity serves as the group’s strategic business development engine. Its primary function is to secure large-scale contracts by aligning the QMC Group’s integrated services with Mongolia’s long-term national development policies, such as “Vision 2050”. It focuses on high-level project structuring and client acquisition, particularly in the green development and energy transition sectors.
